On Thursday 9th October, three of our year 6 pupils visited the University of Hull for the Humber Ambassadors Careers Fair. Inspirational speakers opened the event, which was organised by Harbour Learning Trust and the Hull and East Riding Children’s University Charity. The pupils then spent time with representatives from many organisations and businesses; completing challenges and learning about future career opportunities. The NHS, Hull Tigers and the Humber Oil Refinery were just a few of the companies present at the event. The pupils then had a tour of the university.
Harper said, “It has given me lots of information about things I can do in the future and careers I can study for at university.”
